Refund policy

Texas Blends Return and Refund Policy

Texas Blends products are food products. To protect product safety and quality, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of any drink mix, syrup or soft serve product, opened or unopened, because once a product leaves our facility we cannot verify how it was stored and cannot restock or resell it.

This policy covers retail orders placed on texasblends.com and wholesale orders placed directly with Texas Blends. Purchases made through distributors or other sellers (for example Sysco) follow that seller's policy.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or we shipped the wrong flavor or product, we will make it right. Contact us within 10 days of delivery at sales@texasblends.com or 844-4-BLENDS (844-425-3637) with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged, defective or incorrect item(s)
  • A photo of the shipping box, if the damage happened in transit

Once we confirm the issue, we will offer a refund to your original payment method or store credit. Claims received after 10 days, or without photos, cannot be approved.

What we cannot refund

  • Orders placed for the wrong flavor or quantity by the customer
  • Products that were opened, used or stored improperly after delivery
  • Normal color change over time. Our mixes are made with real fruit on our fruit flavors, and some flavors (Mango, for example) can darken slightly as they age. Color change alone does not mean the product is spoiled.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us right away. We can cancel any order that has not shipped yet. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Shipping and address issues

Please double-check your shipping address. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping is at the customer's expense. Once a carrier marks a package delivered, Texas Blends is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
