Powdered soft serve ice cream mix that stores on the shelf for 18 months. Each 3 lb bag mixes with one gallon of water for the machine: 2 bags and 2 gallons of water make 2.5 gallons of mix, or 2.75 gallons with 32 oz of any Texas Blends flavor added. For boozy soft serve, use 2 bags, 1.5 gallons of water and 2 liters of spirits for 2.5 gallons, or add 32 oz of flavor for 2.75 gallons. A wine-based boozy version works too. Yields are liquid mix before machine overrun.
