At Texas Blends, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products, we follow strict guidelines to ensure product integrity, freshness, and compliance with food safety regulations.
> This Return & Refund Policy applies exclusively to wholesale and distribution customers purchasing directly from Texas Blends.
If you purchased Texas Blends products through third-party platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, other retailers, or foodservice distributors like Sysco or Ben E. Keith, please refer to those companies’ return and refund policies. We are not able to process returns or refunds for purchases made outside our direct website or authorized wholesale team.

📦 Returns
We do not accept returns on any food or beverage products—including drink mixes, syrups, or soft serve powders—due to:
- Food safety protocols
- Spoilage risks
- Liability concerns
Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot verify storage conditions and therefore cannot restock or resell it.

🛠 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To request a refund or replacement, email us at sales@texasblends.com with:
- A photo of the item(s) showing damage, defect, or error
- A photo of the shipping box (if applicable)
- A copy of your receipt or order confirmation
We will review your claim and process any approved refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.

📬 Shipping & Address Issues
Incorrect shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or undeliverable status, any reshipment will be at the customer’s expense.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for packages marked as “delivered” that are lost or stolen.

⛔ Pre-Shipment Cancellations
Pre-shipment cancellations are not guaranteed.
If a cancellation request is received before the order ships and we are able to accommodate it, the cancellation will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Orders already fulfilled or in transit cannot be canceled.
